Mrs. Hope Dye's classroom knows how to dress for the weather!  Mrs. Dye has made "Soctober" an annual event in her classrooms.  Her students engage the rest of the grade level in a challenge to collect new socks for distribution by our local Salvation Army.  These socks provide essential warmth to families as the weather starts to turn cold and housing issues increase.  Many factors can create such needs and we are proud to participate in providing an essential clothing item often forgotten.  Major Ferguson was thrilled to take over a 100 pairs of socks to thankful recipients in our local community.
